Abstract:
A production process for a cotton stalk-molded meal box pulp having byproduct fulvic acid, comprising: focusing on the removal of anionic waste sources such as pectin and hemicellulose in raw materials of cotton stalks, using cooking, defibering and biological treatment measures to obtain a pulp having a low beating degree; reserving a part of lignin to facilitate the formation of an oil- and water-repellent film of the molded meal box, to improve the stiffness and drainability of the molded meal box, and to increase the yield of a fiber pulp; and using an acidic ammonium sulfite method to prepare the pulp so as to satisfy fiber requirements and obtain fulvic acid at the same time. The process removes anionic waste, achieves a higher fiber yield, obtains a purified fiber for the cotton stalk-molded meal box, reserves essential lignin, and obtains by-product fulvic acid. The cotton stalk-molded meal box pulp having a low beating degree is mixed with a stalk chemical pulp having a high beating degree to improve drainability. The present invention not only satisfies special requirements of the molded meal box for a fiber pulp, improves the level of comprehensive utilization of straw resources, and obtains by-product high value-added fulvic acid, but also eliminates the problem of pulping pollution from the source.
