Abstract:
A production process for a high-performance anionic surface sizing agent, and with regard to the problem of the usage of a product being affected when performing surface sizing at a later stage, due to it not being possible to control the quality of an existing animal glue surface sizing agent during production, the following solution is currently proposed, which solution comprises the following steps: W1, preparing a reaction vessel, a crushing tank, a mixing and stirring kettle, a temperature controller, a filter, an evaporator, a gel-freezing machine and a dryer, wherein the temperature controller is connected to the mixing and stirring kettle; W2, putting animal raw materials into the crushing tank for crushing; and W3, putting the crushed animal raw materials into the reaction vessel, and performing degreasing, an alkali treatment and an acid treatment thereon. The method is simple to operate and convenient to use, and can ensure the quality of the sizing agent is better during the production thereof, such that the practicability of the product thereof is better when sizing the surface.
