Abstract:
Disclosed is a production process of a sticking-proof polyester needled felt, in which a multi-component hybrid structure is constructed after a polyester needled felt is coated. The process achieves good sticking-proof effects, while employing a low-damage needle punching technique to bring chopped fibers into the thickness direction of a fiber material by means of a felting needle. The process of the sticking-proof polyester needled felt improves the inter-layer strength of a fiber web. The key points of the production process comprise: after a polyester needled felt is coated, a multi-component hybrid structure is constructed, thereby achieving water repellency greater than grade 4, oil repellency greater than grade 3 and good sticking-proof effects. The low-damage needle punching technique is employed to bring the chopped fibers into the thickness direction of the filter material by means of the felting needle, thereby improving the inter-layer strength of the fiber web.
