Abstract:
The present invention provides a production system of a tire inner liner layer. The production system comprises: a transition layer production unit, an airtight layer production unit, a conveying device, a separation platform, and supporting columns. The supporting columns are vertically provided, and the bottom ends of the supporting columns are fixed to the ground; the separation platform is horizontally provided and fixedly connected to the top ends of the supporting columns, so that an accommodating space is formed between the separation platform and the ground; the transition layer production unit is provided on the upper surface of the separation platform; the airtight layer production unit is provided in the accommodating space; the transition layer production unit and the airtight layer production unit both correspond to the conveying device so that a transition layer produced by the transition layer production unit and an airtight layer produced by the airtight layer production unit can be placed on the conveying device in an overlapped manner from top to bottom; and the conveying device can drive the transition layer and the airtight layer which are placed in the overlapped manner to move. According to the present invention, the transition layer and the airtight layer can be produced at the same time, and the production efficiency is improved; moreover, the miniaturization design of a production line is achieved, and the occupied area is reduced, thus avoiding land waste.
