Abstract:
A profiled steel used for a medium-low speed magnetic suspension train rail has F-shaped cross section, including an inclined leg (1), a vertical leg (3), a web (2) and an horizontal extension section (4). The centerline of the inclined leg (1) is slanted to the undersurface of the web (2), the vertical leg is located at the joint of the web (2) and the horizontal extension section (4), and the upper surface and the undersurface of the extension section (4) are separately parallel to or in the same plane to the corresponding surface of the web (2). The rolling procedures of the profiled steel comprise in turn of rough rolling, finishing rolling, coolant-controlling and straightening, two reversible mill rolling is adopted for rough rolling, the maximum rolling force of a two reversible mill is 8000 to 10000KN, and the rolling deformation should account for 60 to 90 per cent of total deformation, three-stand universal continuous rolling line is adopted for finishing rolling. The invention can merely use large H-shaped hot- rolling production line to produce finished products.
