Abstract:
A meaningful video stream generation method causes a computer to function as: an encoded parameter extraction means for extracting, for each frame, the encoded parameter of each macro block from an original video stream; a macro block selection means for selecting a meaningful macro block having an encoded parameter that satisfies a predetermined condition; and a meaningful video stream generation means for generating a meaningful video stream that combines the frames of the original video stream in chronological order that are synchronized in time with the frames of encoded parameters in the meaningful macro block.
