Abstract:
The present invention provides, to a user, a service for lending photography equipment and causes a computer to execute: a step for receiving, from a first user who wants to lend photography equipment which can be lent to a second user while ownership of the photography equipment is retained by the first user, registration of information relating to the photography equipment; a step for receiving, from the second user, an input operation to apply for renting the photography equipment; a step for managing, in response to the input operation for the application from the second user, the photography equipment as being rented by the second user and paying a consideration for the renting to the first user who has the ownership of the photography equipment relating to the application for renting; and a step for managing information relating to a residual value to be paid by the first user for the purchase of the photography equipment owned by the first user such that the information is updated in accordance with the renting of the photography equipment.
