Abstract:
The present invention provides a programmable display device which is communicably connected to a control device which controls an apparatus which functions upon an assembly line, and to a plurality of portable terminals. The programmable display device is characterized by comprising: a storage unit which stores screen data which is used in creating screens which are displayed on portable terminals, and devices which indicate storage positions of device values which are used in determining specific screen configurations for each portable terminal; a screen creation unit which acquires the device values on the basis of the devices which correspond to connected terminals, which are portable terminals which are connected to the programmable display device, and using the screen data and the acquired device values, creates screen data for use with the connected terminals; and a communication unit which transmits the screen data for use with the connected terminals to the connected terminals.
