Abstract:
A programmable storage unit, and a programmable storage array and a reading and writing method therefor. The programmable storage unit comprises: a first anti-fuse that is connected between a first power source end and an output end; a second anti-fuse that is connected between a second power source end and the output end; and a third switch unit that is connected to the output end, a third power source end and a position signal end and is used for being in communication with the third power source end and the output end in response to a signal of the position signal end. The programmable storage unit is simple in structure and high in reading speed.
