Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of projection display. Provided are a projection device and a driving method for a laser light source thereof. The projection device comprises a power supply circuit, a display control circuit, a laser light source and at least one optical drive circuit, wherein the laser light source comprises at least one laser device; the power supply circuit is connected to both the display control circuit and the at least one optical drive circuit, and is configured to supply power to the display control circuit and the at least one optical drive circuit; the display control circuit is connected to the at least one optical drive circuit, and is configured to provide a dimming signal to the at least one optical drive circuit; the optical drive circuits are connected to the laser devices on a one-to-one basis; the optical drive circuits are connected to anodes of the laser devices; cathodes of the at least one laser device are interconnected; the optical drive circuits are configured to provide, on the basis of the dimming signals, drive currents for the laser devices connected to the optical drive circuits; and the laser devices are configured to be driven by means of the drive currents to emit light. The present disclosure can reduce the impact, on elements, of electromagnetic waves radiated by the projection device.
