Abstract:
A projection device is provided with a detection unit for detecting a specific object, a projection unit for projecting a projection image represented by a picture signal, a drive unit for changing the orientation of the projection unit so as to change the projection position of the projection image, and a control unit for controlling the drive unit. The control unit controls the movement of the drive unit such that the projected image is projected on a position following the movement of the specific object detected by the detection unit and controls the content of the projected image according to the movement of the drive unit. As a result, it is possible to achieve image projection having an added stage effect in a projection device for projecting a picture so as to follow the movement of a specific object.
