Abstract:
Disclosed is a prolyl hydroxylase inhibitor, which belongs to the technical field of medicines. The present invention provides a pyridino-triazole compound having a structure represented by the formula below. The pyridino-triazole compound has relatively high prolyl hydroxylase inhibitory activity and EPO induction activity, can effectively treat and prevent HIF-related and/or EPO-related diseases, and provides a new thought for dealing with diseases such as anemia, ischemia, and hypoxia.
