Abstract:
A prompting device capable of automatically prompting pedestrians to cross a road. The prompting device comprises a pedal (1) and a protective housing (5), wherein the pedal (1) is configured in the shape of a trapezoidal platform; revolving lamps (3) are arranged at an edge of an outer wall of the top of the pedal (1); a signal receiver is arranged inside the pedal (1), and is electrically connected to the revolving lamps (3); a limiting plate (6) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the bottom of the pedal (1); a laying plate (4) is fixedly connected to an outer wall of the top of the protective housing (5); the inner diameter of the laying plate (4) is smaller than that of the protective housing (5); and a limiting groove is formed between the laying plate (4) and the protective housing (5). The prompting device capable of automatically prompting pedestrians to cross a road can prompt pedestrians who look down and play with a mobile phone or wear earphones when crossing a road; and when the device is installed at an intersection and is in signal connection with traffic lights, the effects of tactile prompting and lamplight prompting can be achieved by means of the linkage fitting of all components.
