Abstract:
The inventive propelling device for moving in an air or water environment comprises a power plate in the form of a flattened downwardly extendable cone which is provided with a lid having a suction hole and a disc. Said disk is arranged in the lower section of the cone with an annular space therebetween which contains blades whose working surfaces are welded to the disc plane at a right angle. Said propelling device also comprises a barrel for the connection thereof to a drive. An angle between the axis and the cone generator ranges from 10 to 25°. The radius of a hole embodied in the lid is less than the radius thereof. The length of the blade is less than the difference of the disc radius to the barrel radius or even less than this value. A distance between the sidewall of the body and the disc is higher than 10 mm. In one of variants, the top edge of the working blades is welded to the lid of the cone.
