Abstract:
A proportional solenoid (100) according to the present invention comprises a tubular member (101) wherein a first magnetic region (12a) that is mainly composed of a ferrite structure, a first semimagnetic region (14a) that is positioned at a distance from an adsorption surface (11b) and contains a ferrite structure, a martensite structure and an austenite structure, and a nonmagnetic region (13) that is positioned further from the adsorption surface than the semimagnetic region and is mainly composed of an austenite structure are continuously and integrally formed.
