Abstract:
This propulsion device (15) has a propeller (20) and an EPU (50). The EPU (50) has a motor device (60) and an inverter device (80). The motor device (60) has a motor (61) and a motor housing (70). The inverter device (80) has an inverter (81) and an inverter housing (90). The motor housing (70) and the inverter housing (90) are aligned in an axial direction (AD) along a motor axis (Cm). A housing gap (100) is provided between the motor housing (70) and the inverter housing (90). The housing gap (100) is opened facing radially outward by a gap opening (100a). The gap opening (100a) extends in ring form in a circumferential direction (CD).
