Abstract:
[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel propulsive-force generating device, which employs a centrifugal force, and which resolves the drawbacks of conventional propulsive-force generating devices that employ a centrifugal force, and which can be achieved in the real world as a more specific, real device. Other than combustion systems and systems applying air resistance or the like, no methods have been elucidated for generating a propulsive force in space or underwater by applying a centrifugal force, without changing the external environment. [Solution] According to the present invention, a rotating plate B is attached to a rotating plate A having a horizontal axis as an axis of rotation, and a gear or electronically controlled rotation is utilized to generate a lifting propulsive force using centrifugal force vertical lifting energy of an attached movable weight. Shaking is alleviated by means of a gyroscopic effect generated by causing two devices to rotate in 180° opposite directions with the propulsive force directions thereof aligned.
