Abstract:
Provided are a prosthetic foot for which the weight of a blade is reduced while the strength thereof is increased and for which the mounting position of a socket relative to the blade can be adjusted and a connector for the prosthetic foot. This prosthetic foot comprises the connector and the blade. The blade comprises a ground contact section coming into contact with a ground surface, a connection section connecting to the connector, and a bent section bending between the ground contact section and the connection section. The bent section bends solely in one direction. The ground contact section is formed at one of the ends of the bent section. The connection section is formed at the other end of the bent section approximately in a straight line, with no bending relative to the bent section. A connection surface to the connector is formed on the inner side of the bending of the bent section. The connector comprises a mounting surface connecting to a socket. The mounting surface is formed at an acute angle relative to the connection surface.
