Abstract:
Disclosed is a protection base for mounting an electromechanical apparatus. The protection base comprises a base (1), a fixing platform (2), a load-bearing platform (3), several vibration reduction members (4) and at least one levelling mechanism. Each levelling mechanism comprises a lifting rod (5) and a cylinder (6) for driving the lifting rod to move up and down. An upper surface of the load-bearing platform is provided with a first fixing plate (7), a second fixing plate (8), a first baffle (9), a second baffle (10) and two width adjustment mechanisms. Each of the width adjustment mechanisms comprises a screw rod (11) and an electric motor (12). Front and rear ends of the first fixing plate and front and rear ends of the second fixing plate are respectively symmetrically provided with a through hole (13). Front and rear ends of the first baffle and front and rear ends of the second baffle are respectively symmetrically provided with a threaded hole (14). One end of the screw rod sequentially passes through the through holes in the second fixing plate, the threaded holes in the second baffle, the threaded holes in the first baffle and the through holes in the first fixing plate, and the other end of the screw rod is fixedly connected to the electric motor. The protection base not only has the function of levelling but also has a vibration reduction effect, such that the electromechanical apparatus is mounted firmly and stably, and the service life of the electromechanical apparatus is prolonged.
