Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a protection device for a battery, battery, battery pack, and vehicle. The protection device comprising a housing assembly, a sealing film, and a temperature-sensitive actuator. The housing assembly defines an accommodating cavity used to accommodate a noble gas. An opening is provided at one end of the accommodating cavity, and the sealing film is provided at the opening to seal the accommodating cavity. The actuator is provided within the accommodating cavity, and is provided with a puncturing protrusion. Upon deformation of the actuator, the puncturing protrusion punctures the sealing film.
