Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of permanent magnet electric motors. Disclosed is a protection method for overtemperature of a permanent magnet electric motor in an all-electric vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: S1: collecting the temperature of an electric motor of an electric vehicle according to a preset time interval, collecting a stator temperature of a stator of the electric motor, and transmitting temperature signals to a determination module and a control policy module of a control system, and the control system determining the temperature of a permanent magnet electric motor. The adjustment of the maximum available power of an electric motor is gradually realized by using the rate of a preset change gradient, thereby avoiding problems such as vehicle pitching caused by an instantaneous change due to an excessive power change, and improving the running stability of the electric motor. By means of the method, the temperature of an electric motor and the temperature of a rotor are collected in real time, so as to realize real-time monitoring of a temperature state of the electric motor, the operation of the electric motor is controlled in different modes according to the temperature state of the electric motor, and different protection measures are taken for different temperature states, so as to realize accurate heat dissipation of the electric motor, thereby protecting the electric motor.
