Abstract:
The invention relates to protective agents in the form of prepolymer-based coatings for protecting metallic, concrete, wooden and glass surfaces against the effect of different atmospheric and aggressive environments, corrosion, static electricity and abrasion, and can be used as a protective internal or external coating.. A protective coating agent based on a polyether urethane prepolymer contains a polyether polyol and a polyisocyanate with a polyether-ester having a molecular mass of М=1002 in combination with styrene, where the ratio of polyisocyanate with a polyether-ester having a molecular mass of М=1002 to styrene is 1:2, the coating agent further containing a nanocarbon, a hardener (MDI-24), and a toluene solvent in the following proportions in (wt%): polyether urethane prepolymer 70-80; nanocarbon 0.1-0.3; hardener (MDI-24) 10-12; the balance toluene.
