Abstract:
A protective coating, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The protective coating comprises a rusty liquid layer, a nano epoxy zinc chromate primer layer, a nano epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate layer, and a nano fluorocarbon top coat layer; the rusty liquid layer is disposed on a metal substrate, the nano epoxy zinc chromate primer layer is disposed on the surface of the rusty liquid layer, the nano epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate layer is disposed on the surface of the nano epoxy zinc chromate primer layer, and the nano fluorocarbon top coat layer is disposed on the surface of the nano epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate layer. The technical problem that the existing nanoparticle-containing protective coating cannot provide a protective effect for a long time due to poor adhesive force to the substrate is effectively solved.
