Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a protective rubber track pad for an excavator, comprising a primary rubber compound and a secondary rubber compound. The primary rubber compound comprises the following components: natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, polybutadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, whole tire reclaimed rubber, 120-mesh rubber powder, zinc oxide, stearic acid, rubber antioxidant 3100, rubber antioxidant CTU, paraffin, intermediate super abrasion furnace carbon black and aromatic oil. The secondary rubber compound comprises the following components: the primary rubber compound, sulfur yellow, an accelerator CZ, and a refining agent. The properties of the rubber product of the present invention are greatly improved, such that various properties of a rubber track pad product are satisfied, and it is more beneficial to the market competitiveness and popularization of the product.
