Abstract:
Protective shell of power flat spring belongs to the elements of connection of design sets, in particular to the connection of fixed and moving parts in sets of three- dimensional mechanical models, and can be used in the manufacture of children's, playing, souvenir constructor sets. Protective shell is a solid part with a bending membrane and symmetrically arranged protrusions with clamps on one side of the part to enter the locking holes located on the opposite side of the part, and the protrusions are bendable in the direction of the axis of the part. Clamps are made with the possibility of additional bending in the direction of the plane of the casing for reliable rigidity of the structure. Advantages: simplicity and durability of a design, increase of economy at production and speed and volume of production.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. Protective shell of power flat spring, contains protrusions and holes, characterized in that it is a solid part with a fold web and with at least two protrusions symmetrically located with latches on one side of the part with the possibility of their entry into fixing holes located on the opposite side of the part, and the protrusions are made with the possibility of bending in the direction of the axis of the part.

2. Protective shell according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made with three symmetrically located projections with latches.

3. Protective shell according to claim 1, characterized in that the latches are made with the possibility of additional bending in the direction of the plane of the casing.

4. Protective shell according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a metal fixing washer for securing the strip spring.

5. Protective shell according to claim 1, characterized in that it is made of sheet metal with a thickness of at least 0.1 mm.

6. Protective shell according to claim 1, characterized in that it has technological holes of arbitrary shape.

PROTECTIVE SHELL OF POWER FLAT SPRING

The utility model belongs to the joints of elements of constructors sets, in particular to the connection of fixed and moving parts in sets of three-dimensional mechanical models, and can be used in the manufacture of children's, playing and souvenir constructor sets.

The protective shell of the power flat spring of as claimed provides maximum safety from unexpected opening of the power flat spring with the possibility of injury.

The utility model is based on the task of creating a protective shell of the power flat spring, which would have a simple and strong design, would increase production efficiency, production speed and, consequently, production volume.

The task is solved by that that the protective casing of the power flat spring, which contains protrusions and holes, characterized in that it is a solid part with a bending membrane and with symmetrically arranged at least two protrusions with clamps on one side of the part to enter the fixing holes placed on the opposite side of the part, made with the possibility of bending in the direction of the axis of the part for fixing and protecting the power flat spring.

The protective shell can be made with three symmetrically arranged protrusions with clamps.

The clamps are made with the possibility of additional bending in the direction of the plane of the shell for reliable rigidity of the structure.

The protective shell contains a metal locking washer to secure the power flat spring.

The protective shell is made of sheet metal with a thickness of at least 0.1 mm.

The protective shell has technological openings of any form for economy of initial material. The claimed power flat spring shell, which is claimed, consists of one continuous stamped part, which leads to increased production efficiency, as instead of two parts, which are produced separately and then connected to each other, one is used. This also increases the speed of production and, consequently, the volume of production. The design of the protective shell is simple, strong and reliable.
