Title:
PROTEIN HAVING EFFECT OF IMPROVING IMMUNOSTIMULATORY ACTIVITY OF LACTIC ACID BACTERIA EXOPOLYSACCHARIDE, AND FERMENTED MILK INCLUDING SAME AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/080245
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is at least one protein selected from the group consisting of proteins (a) to (d) below. (a) A protein comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1; (b) a protein comprising the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, in which one or more amino acids other than serine, leucine, phenylalanine, serine, and aspartic acid at positions 334-338 are substituted, deleted, inserted and/or added, the protein also having the effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide; (c) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 80% identity with the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, in which the amino acids corresponding to positions 334-338 of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 are, from the N terminus, serine, leucine, phenylalanine, serine, and aspartic acid, the protein also having the effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide; and (d) a protein comprising an amino acid sequence encoded by DNA hybridizing, under a strict condition, with the complementary strand of DNA comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 2, in which the amino acids corresponding to positions 334-338 of the amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 are, from the N terminus, serine, leucine, phenylalanine, serine, and aspartic acid, the protein also having the effect of improving immunostimulatory activity of lactic acid bacteria exopolysaccharide.
