Abstract:
Disclosed are a PSMA-targeting nuclide/fluorescent bimodal ligand and molecular probe, and the use thereof. The PSMA-targeting bimodal molecular probe is designed and synthesized by using dencichine-ureido as a PSMA-targeting structure, and by means of optimizing a linker and then carrying out nuclide/fluorescence dual-functionalization. The nuclide/fluorescent bimodal molecular probe can be used for preoperative PET/CT imaging to formulate a surgical operation route, and fluorescence guidance is carried out during surgery so as to carry out tumor positioning and boundary division.
