Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a public transportation card-based parking method and system, the parking method comprising the following steps: reading information from a public transportation card by means of a card reader; reading license plate information by means of a first camera device; then prompting a vehicle to enter a parking lot; integrating the information of the public transportation card with the license plate information to form verification information; using the verification information as the basis for determining whether to allow the vehicle to drive out of the parking lot. The parking system comprises a public transportation card, a card reader, a controller, a memory, a first camera device, and a reminder device. The present invention creatively uses a method of generating verification information prior to parking and using the verification information for security verification when a vehicle drives out of a parking lot, which solves the problem of vehicles being stolen from a parking lot. Therefore, the present invention effectively improves parking security and prevents a vehicle from being driven away from a parking lot by a thief. Moreover, the present invention may remind a user to carry a public transportation card and develop to the greatest extent a habit of green travel, thereby achieving the technical goal of environmental protection.
