A pull-open device (20) and a boxing system (100). The pull-open device (20) comprises: a mounting base (21); and at least two pull-open mechanisms (22) mounted on the mounting base (21), all the pull-open mechanisms (22) being sequentially arranged in a first direction. Each pull-open mechanism (22) comprises two attachment assemblies (221) arranged at an interval in the first direction. Each attachment assembly (221) comprises a first driving member (2211) and a first attachment member (2212) connected to the first driving member (2211). An accommodating space (25) used for accommodating a fixed box (300) and communicated with the outside is formed between two first attachment members (2212) of each pull-open mechanism (22). The first attachment member (2212) is configured to attach a side plate (301) of the fixed box (300) accommodated in the corresponding accommodating space (25), and the first driving member (2211) is controlled to drive the first attachment member (2212) to move in the first direction so as to pull open the side plate (301). Compared with the mode in the prior art in which only one cell (200) can be loaded into the fixed box (300) each time, the pull-open device (20) and the boxing system (100) improve the efficiency of boxing the cell (200).
