A pulley device, mainly comprising a pulley base (1) and a pulley mechanism (2). The pulley base (1) is in U-shape; the pulley mechanism (2) enters the pulley base (1) by means of the U-shape opening of the pulley base (1); both sides of the pulley mechanism (2) are slidably connected to both inner sides of the pulley base (1); both sides of the pulley mechanism (2) are provided with elastic members (26) in the sliding direction; one end of each elastic member (26) presses the pulley mechanism (2), and the other end thereof presses the pulley base (1); the sliding surface of the pulley mechanism (2) is exposed from the U-shape opening of the pulley base (1); a chute (11) is provided at the end of the pulley base (1) far from the U-shape opening; a threaded-end plug (12) is pressed into the chute (11); an adjustment screw (13) is threadedly connected to a hole of the tooth plug (12); the adjustment screw (13) abuts against the end of the pulley mechanism (2) close to the chute (11); a silencing pad (27) is provided at a position where the adjustment screw (13) abuts against the pulley mechanism (2). The pulley device has various functions, produces low noise in use, and is convenient to mount, smooth in sliding, and low in costs and long in service life.
