Abstract:
A pulp sheet for fluff pulp according to one embodiment of the present invention contains bleached hardwood kraft pulp and bleached softwood kraft pulp. When the content is calculated for all pulp fibers at fiber length intervals of 0.02 mm, the proportion occupied by pulp fibers having a fiber length of at least 0.5 mm but less than 1.1 mm is 42.6% or greater, the average value of the content per fiber length interval of 0.02 mm in the pulp fibers having a fiber length of at least 0.5 mm but less than 1.1 mm is 1.00-1.70%, and the standard deviation σ of the content per fiber length interval of 0.02 mm in the pulp fibers having a fiber length of at least 0.5 mm but less than 1.1 mm is 0.41-0.58%. When the content is calculated for all pulp fibers at fiber width intervals of 1 μm, the proportion occupied by pulp fibers having a fiber width of at least 10 μm but less than 35 μm is 90.6% or greater, the average value of the content per fiber width of 1 μm in the pulp fibers having a fiber width of at least 10 μm but less than 35 μm is 3.1-3.9%, and the standard deviation σ of the content per fiber width interval of 1 μm in the pulp fibers having a fiber width of at least 10 μm but less than 35 μm is 2.5-2.9%.
