Abstract:
Disclosed are a pulsating drug pressing device and a method for using same. The pulsating drug pressing device comprises: a pressing and grinding cover (1) and a pressing and grinding support cylinder (2), wherein the pressing and grinding cover (1) at least comprises a cylindrical boss (11), and an annular side wall (13) surrounding the cylindrical boss (11) and having a first loose fit wide pitch thread (14); the end face of the cylindrical boss (11) forms a first pressing and grinding face (16); the pressing and grinding support cylinder (2) at least comprises an annular wall cylinder having a second loose fit wide pitch thread (22), a support platform (23) is provided in the annular wall cylinder, and a first face of the support platform (23) forms a second pressing and grinding face (28); and the first loose fit wide pitch thread (14) abuts against the second loose fit wide pitch thread (22) in a threaded manner, the thread groove width of the first loose fit wide pitch thread (14) and the second loose fit wide pitch thread (22) is greater than or equal to the thread tooth width, and the first loose fit wide pitch thread (14) is spirally lifted along the second loose fit wide pitch thread (22), or the first loose fit wide pitch thread (14) and the second loose fit wide pitch thread (22) are suspended by a gap to rotate in situ. The pulsating drug pressing device saves on time and labor during the drug pressing process, is easy to clean, and is free of pollution.
