A pulsator washing machine (100) and a barrel cover (40) of the pulsator washing machine (100). The pulsator washing machine (100) comprises a machine body (10), an outer barrel (20), an inner barrel (30) and the barrel cover (40). The outer barrel (20) is disposed in the machine body (10). The inner barrel (30) is disposed in the outer barrel (20), a first cavity (31) is defined in the inner barrel (30), and a second cavity (32) is defined between the outer wall surface of the inner barrel (30) and the inner wall surface of the outer barrel (20). The barrel cover (40) is disposed between the upper portion of the inner barrel (30) and the upper portion of the outer barrel (20) and extends in the circumferential direction of the outer barrel (20). Multiple water guide ribs (41) arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the barrel cover (40) are disposed on the inner wall surface of the barrel cover (40). A water flow passage (42) is defined between any two adjacent water guide ribs (41), and the water flow passages (42) are communicated with the second cavity (32). The water guide ribs (41) are constructed to guide water in the second cavity (32) into the first cavity (31).
