Abstract:
A pulse current-assisted uncanned rolling method for a titanium-TiAl composite plate, comprising the specific steps of: 1. titanium alloy sheet preparation; 2. TiAl alloy sheet preparation; 3. uncanned assembly; 4. pulse current-assisted hot rolling; and 5. separation and subsequent processing. In this way, a titanium-TiAl composite plate can be obtained. The composite plate is good in surface quality, free of oxide layer debonding, free of edge portion and end portion cracking, uniform and fine in plate structure, good in bonding interface, and excellent in mechanical properties.
