A pulse monitor method and apparatus (60), and a device (10) and a storage medium. The pulse monitor method comprises: outputting a first pulse sequence and a second pulse sequence to a target biological tissue, wherein the voltage of the second pulse sequence is less than the voltage of the first pulse sequence, and the first pulse sequence is used for ablating the target biological tissue (S401); acquiring a feedback signal after the second pulse sequence has been output to the target biological tissue (S402); determining, according to the feedback signal, whether a termination condition for the first pulse sequence is met (S403); and when it is determined that the termination condition for the first pulse sequence is met, stopping outputting the first pulse sequence (S404). Therefore, the ablation condition of a target biological tissue can be determined according to a feedback signal during a pulse ablation process, such that the ablation condition of the target biological tissue is monitored in real time during the pulse ablation process, and the pulse ablation progress is directed according to the ablation condition of the biological tissue.
