Abstract:

Provided are a pulse voltage generation device, method, and controller, said device comprising: a transformer; a first AC/DC conversion circuit, the alternating-current side of which is connected to the high-voltage side of said transformer; an energy-storing capacitor, connected to the direct-current side of said first AC/DC conversion circuit and used for storing electrical energy; a discharge control circuit, connected in parallel to the two ends of said energy-storing capacitor and used for controlling the energy-storing capacitor to discharge, generating a high-voltage pulse. In the present invention, an energy-storing capacitor is arranged on the high-voltage side of the transformer, and the energy-storing capacitor is controlled, by means of the discharge control circuit, to discharge and generate a high-voltage pulse, avoiding the problem in which a change in the sensing magnetic field of a transformer causes the frequency of a high-voltage pulse outputted by the high-voltage side to be limited and it being difficult to raise said frequency, and the durations of the rising edge and falling edge of the high-voltage pulse being relatively long.
