Abstract:
This pump device comprises a pump head and a device body section. The pump head has: a valve module that has a module guide which has a side flow path connecting a valve-to-valve flow path and an outer peripheral surface, and integrally holds an intake valve and a discharge valve; a first block that has a first accommodation chamber which accommodates a lower part of the valve module, an intake port, an intake-side flow path which connects the same and the intake valve, a pump chamber the upper part of which is provided lower than the side flow path, and a pump chamber communication flow path which connects the same and the side flow path; a second block that has a second accommodation chamber which accommodates an upper part of the valve module, a discharge port, and a discharge-side flow path which connects the same and an upper part of the discharge valve; and a joining means for each block. The device body section has a diaphragm that is accommodated in the pump chamber of the first block and an actuator that drives the diaphragm back and forth.
