Abstract:
A punching device for an industrial packaging bag, comprising a punching assembly, a supporting assembly and a frame (11); the punching assembly comprises a punching cylinder (1), a punching base plate (13), a punching lower pressing plate (2), a puncher tool handle (5), a servo motor (3) and a puncher rotary base (4); the punching cylinder (1) is mounted on the punching base plate (13) and can drive the punching lower pressing plate (2) to move up and down, the servo motor (3) is fixed on the punching lower pressing plate (2) and is connected to the puncher rotary base (4), and the puncher rotary base (4) is connected to the puncher tool handle (5); the servo motor (3) can drive the puncher rotary base (4) to rotate, so as to drive the puncher tool handle (5) to rotate, the puncher tool handle (5) corresponds to the position of a packaging bag air valve, and the supporting assembly is provided below the punching assembly. The device has a simple structure and is easy to operate, allows the punching operation of an industrial packaging bag to be completed continuously and efficiently, and achieves the automatic punching of an air valve.
