Abstract:
The present invention relates to a puppet motion control device for expressing body motions of a puppet by pulling or releasing a wire suspended on each joint portion of the puppet manufactured in a multi-joint form, the control device comprising: a stage body of which front, left, and right sides are opened, of which a ceiling part and a stage floor part correspond to each other, and in which a stage background part for connecting the ceiling part with the stage floor part is prepared; a rotating means provided at the ceiling part of the stage body; a turntable connectedly provided directly below the rotating means and rotating therewith; a plurality of operation levers having a plurality of hinge parts provided at equal angle intervals on the turntable, and each of which has one side, in the longitudinal direction, rotatably provided to a hinge so as to connect and support the wire suspended at each portion of the puppet; and a cam plate fixedly provided at an upper part on which the turntable rotates, so as to come into contact with one end of the operation lever, thereby rotating the operation lever according to the rotation of the turntable, wherein a manipulation of the wire connected to the puppet enables each operation lever, which is rotatably provided through the hinge part of the rotating turntable side, to operate each part of the puppet, in detail, by coming into contact with and moving along cam parts, having different forms, on the cam plate, the wire is directly pulled by a manipulator such that the wire is simply set according to an operation expression of the puppet through the fixing member of the operation lever side so as to enable the operation thereof to be smoothly or mildly and gently adjusted, and an operation for pulling or loosening the wire can be implemented without an erroneous operation of the puppet in comparison with a wire manipulation for operating the wire in a conventional winding manner. In addition, an end of the wire of the operation lever side operated by the cam part of the cam plate, which is the main feature of the puppet motion control device according to the present invention, can be utilized for various purposes related to an interior or a mobile for an infant, lighting, an inventive article, a psychological therapy device, and a cultural product, besides the above described puppet for the puppet show.
