Abstract:
A purification device and a method for advancedly treating printing and dyeing wastewater are provided. The device comprises a nano-catalytic micro-electrolysis system, a membrane filtration and separation system and a membrane cleaning and regeneration system. The method comprises the following steps: extracting the printing and dyeing wastewater by a water pump (12), delivering one part of the wastewater into a nano-catalytic micro-electrolysis tank (13) to perform catalysis and micro-electrolysis, delivering another part of the wastewater into a neutralization tank (16) to mix with the water from the nano-catalytic micro-electrolysis tank (13) and settle, filtering the wastewater by a sand filtration tank (17), then pumping the wastewater into an activated carbon adsorption and filtration device (18) for adsorption and filtration. The method has lower cost and higher energy efficiency, and can enable reclaimed water to be reused.
