Abstract:
Provided is a purification filter pressing device for neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet production, the purification filter pressing device comprising a thrust plate (1), a pressing plate (5), a pressure gauge (9) and a hydraulic pump (11). A filter frame (2) is arranged above the thrust plate (1); a filter plate (3) is fixed in the filter frame (2); the pressing plate (5) is fixed to a side of the filter plate (3); a transmission (15) is arranged below the pressing plate (5); a lower sealing plate (16) is fixed below the transmission (15); installation frames (14) are installed on two sides of the lower sealing plate (16); a B oil-pipe oil-cylinder (10) is arranged on a side of the installation frame (14); the B oil-pipe oil-cylinder (10) is fixed to a lower longitudinal beam (4); an oil cylinder (7) is installed on a side of the longitudinal beam (4); the hydraulic pump (11) is arranged above the oil cylinder (7); and an A oil-pipe (8) is installed on a side of the hydraulic pump (11). A filter press is simple in terms of structure, leakage cannot be generated when a powder coating is filtered, the filter plate and the filter frame can be replaced, and it is convenient to carry out replacement in the structure. Moreover, the material cost is low, the production cost is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
