Abstract:
The present invention provides a novel compound having a P2X3 and/or P2X2/3 receptor antagonistic activity.
A compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R1a represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group or the like; R1b represents a hydrogen atom or the like; R2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aromatic carbocyclic group or the like; R3 represents a halogen atom or the like; R4a's independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; R4b's independently represent a hydrogen atom or the like; n represents an integer of 0 to 4; X represents -N(R5)- or the like; R5 represents a hydrogen atom or the like; and s represents an integer of 0 to 3) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
