Title:
PUSH-PULL AMPLIFIER AND FREQUENCY CONVERSION CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2004/023650
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
As an output amplifier of a frequency conversion circuit, it is possible to use a push-pull amplifier requiring little consumption current and capable of obtaining a high gain. The push-pull amplifier has a voltage drop circuit for lowering the upper stage transistor collector potential than the power source potential. The voltage drop circuit, for example, has a configuration that a resistor is inserted between the upper stage transistor collector and the power source.
