Abstract:
The present application provides a push-pull radio frequency power amplifier and a circuit control method. The push-pull radio frequency power amplifier comprises a coupling feedback circuit, a driving stage circuit, and a power output stage circuit; the coupling feedback circuit is connected to the driving stage circuit and/or the power output stage circuit; the coupling feedback circuit is configured to generate alternating voltage at an input end of a first transistor and/or a push-pull transistor; under the condition that the alternating voltage has the same direction as input end voltage, positive feedback for an input signal at the input end is implemented; the first transistor represents a transistor in the driving stage circuit, and the push-pull transistor represents a second transistor and a third transistor that form a push-pull structure in the power output stage circuit.
