Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of semiconductors. Disclosed are a PWM signal decoder and a single-input high-voltage integrated circuit using same. The PWM signal decoder comprises: a cache decoding module for decomposing a PWM signal; a cache logic control module for decomposing an enable (EN) signal, output ends of first NOT gates being electrically connected to first input ends of AND gates; an EN1 enable output end, an EN2 enable output end, and an EN3 enable output end being respectively electrically connected to input ends of the corresponding first NOT gates in a cache register module; and a PWM1 output end, a PWM2 output end, and a PWM3 output end being respectively electrically connected to second input ends of the corresponding AND gates in the cache register module. The single-input high-voltage integrated circuit comprises the PWM signal decoder and a high-side drive circuit module. The PWM signal decoder and the single-input high-voltage integrated circuit using same solve the problem of excessive pins required for an existing high-voltage integrated circuit.
