The present invention provides: a compound represented by formula (I) (in the formula, R1, R2, R3, and R4 each independently indicate a hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group, or the like. R1 and R2 may come together to form a 5- to 6-membered ring together with the carbon atoms bonding R1 and R2. Q indicates an organic group represented by formula (II) (in the formula, Ar1 indicates a C6-10 aryl group or the like. Ra indicates a hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group, or the like. * indicates the bonding position of the organic group represented by formula (II).)) or the like, or a salt thereof; and an agricultural and horticultural fungicide, pesticide, insecticide, or miticide containing, as an active ingredient, at least one selected from the group consisting of this compound and salts thereof.
