Abstract:
A pyrolysis treatment process for organic solid waste, comprising the following steps: (1) pre-treatment: drying and pulverizing organic solid waste; (2) pyrolysis: carrying out pyrolysis treatment on the pre-treated organic solid waste, and obtaining a solid product and a gas product after pyrolysis treatment; (3) crack reforming: the pyrolyzed gas product entering a reforming furnace and undergoing crack reforming under the action of a catalyst; (4) post-treatment: cooling and purifying the gas produced after crack reforming. Thus, organic pollution factors in the organic solid waste are eliminated, and the solid product may be used as a raw material or auxiliary agent by a building material production unit, while the gas product may be used as fuel, thereby reducing and preventing waste from industrial production activities from polluting the environment, and thus the environmental benefits, societal benefits and economic benefits are significant.
