Abstract:
Disclosed are a pyrolysis treatment system and method. The pyrolysis treatment system comprises a dryer, a pyrolysis reactor, a waste collection system, a heat supply system, a condensation and separation system, and a control system. The dryer is provided with a first feed port, a first discharge port, a first gas inlet, a first gas outlet, and a smoke outlet. The pyrolysis reactor is provided with a second feed port, a second discharge port, a second gas inlet, and a second gas outlet. The second feed port is in communication with the first discharge port. The waste collection system is in communication with the second discharge port. The heat supply system comprises a steam generator, a fuel gas generator, and a superheater. A gas outlet of the steam generator and a gas outlet of the fuel gas generator are both in communication with a gas inlet of the superheater. A gas outlet of the superheater is in communication with the second gas inlet of the pyrolysis reactor. According to the technical solution of the present invention, the heat supply is stable during an operation process of the system, solid waste is subjected to sufficient pyrolysis, and the energy utilization efficiency is high.
