Abstract:
The present invention provides: a compound which is useful as a therapeutic agent for diseases associated with metabolic glutamic acid receptor subtype 2 (mGluR2), and which is represented by formula (1) [in formula (1), -X-ring B represents -C(O)-NRA-ring B or the like, ring A represents a C6-10 aromatic carbon ring or the like, ring B represents a 5- to 10-membered aromatic heterocycle or the like, R1 and R2 each represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkyl, or the like, R3 and R4 each represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen, or the like, R5, R6, and R7 each represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl, or the like, R8, R9, and R10 each represent a hydrogen atom, a C1-6 alkyl, or the like, and RA represents a hydrogen atom or the like] or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound.
