Abstract:
A quick response (QR) code-based file printing method and system within a local area network: a user merely needs to save a file to be printed in a mobile phone for corresponding QR code information to be able to be automatically generated; the user shows the QR code information to a printer, so that the printer may acquire the file in the mobile phone by means of a local area network and print the same; when the user is not satisfied with a printing result, the file may be opened by means of the mobile phone and edited, and the QR code may be scanned again to print the file after re-associating the file with the code. Therefore, the user may print a file to be printed without relying on a computer. When the user is not satisfied with the printing result, the user may edit the file to be printed beside the printer without needing to return to a computer, thus increasing the efficiency of office work.
